Position Overview:
Masterworks is looking for Business Development Representative to do outbound work to potential investors by phone, igniting their interest in investing in art, and scheduling them to speak with one of our Senior Financial Advisors. We are seeking passionate individuals to educate investors about art as an asset class.
Our ideal candidate has 1-5 years of sales experience within an education in finance or experience in the financial services industry.

How does Masterworks think about compensation?
The compensation package includes a $50,000-60,000 base salary, with a variable component of $10k on-target ($50k max) annually.
